修行是修当下，当下回到内心，当下就突破。人生中，不能胜寸心，安能胜苍穹？

不断训练自己聚焦内心，形成习惯，人就能把发散的精气神全部收回来。

就像一个电灯泡，平时虽有光芒，但散射出去，亮度有限。如今所有力量聚集一处，就像激光一样，一旦发射，就能改变物质世界。

这种能量转换的力量，每个人都有，人一定要相信自己。

《道德经》的力量在于实学实用、实话实说、实修实证。

经文再妙，这是老师讲例题；只有到生活中灵活运用，解决了问题，那才是会做应用题。

为什么同一个老师教出的学生成绩不同？因为很多人只是纸上谈兵，从来没有去实操训练自己。

经典和老师都是指月的手指，我们要的不是手指，而是摘下月亮。人要自己发光，而不是总想折射别人的光芒。

修行与做事一样，需要逆水行舟用力撑，否则一篙松劲退千寻。

世上，没有一蹴而就的成功，也没有从天而降的力量。

只有那些方向正确、不急不躁、砥砺奋进的人，才能在日积月累中抵达梦想的彼岸。山再高，往上攀，总能登顶；路再长，走下去，定能到达。

The best way of improving mind state is to look at our own heart and introspect every moment.

Spiritual practice is not the practice for the past and future. Time is only a three-dimensional concept.

If we cannot break through this concept, we will not be able to raise our realm. Spiritual practice is to practice for the present. At present, return to heart ; At present ,make breakthrough. In life, if one can not control an inch of his heart, how could he win the out world?

Constantly train ourselves to focus on your heart and form a habit, we will be able to take back all the divergent spirit and energy.

Just like a light bulb, although it has usual light, but when the light is scattered out, the brightness is limited. Now if all the forces gather in one place, just like a laser, once launched, it can change the physical world.

Everyone has the power of this kind of energy transformation, and people must believe in themselves.

The strength of Tao Te Ching lies in practical learning, telling the truth and practicing demonstration.

No matter how wonderful the scripture is, it is just the example given by teacher. Only when we use it flexibly in life and solve the problem, we can do the applied problem.

Why do the students taught by the same teacher have different grades? Because many of them only talk on paper and never practice training themselves. Both the classics and the teacher refer to the fingers pointing the moon.

What we want is not the fingers, but taking down the moon. People should shine their own light , not always want to reflect the lights of others.

Spiritual practice is the same as doing things, you need to sail against the current and pole hard, otherwise you will go back to thousand fathom with one pole of relax.

In this world, there is neither overnight success nor power dropping from the clouds. Only those in the right direction, patient, and forge ahead, can reach the side of their dreams over time.

No matter how high the mountain is, if you climb it, you can always reach the top; no matter how long the road is, you will reach the destination.
